This Invesco ETF, known as the S&P 500 QVM UCITS ETF Dist, seeks to mirror the total return performance, net of expenses, of its benchmark, the S&P 500 Quality, Value & Momentum Multi-factor Index. Income is distributed to investors on a quarterly basis. The benchmark index is designed to identify and track S&P 500 constituents that demonstrate strong characteristics across three investment factors: quality, value, and momentum. To achieve this, each company within the broader S&P 500 Index undergoes an assessment, receiving scores for its quality, value, and momentum attributes. These scores are then aggregated on an equal-weighted basis to form a composite score. From this ranking, the top 100 companies are chosen for inclusion in the index, with a buffer mechanism in place to manage portfolio turnover. Individual holdings within the benchmark are subject to specific weighting rules: a minimum of 0.05% and a maximum set by the lower of 5% or twenty times their market capitalization weight. Furthermore, to mitigate undue concentration, no single sector is permitted to exceed a 40% weighting. The fund's strategy involves acquiring and holding, to the greatest extent feasible, every security present in the Reference Index, maintaining their proportional weightings. Its portfolio is adjusted whenever the Reference Index is reviewed and rebalanced, a process that occurs every three months. This ETF is managed passively, aiming solely to track its underlying index. Consequently, an investment here represents ownership of fund units, rather than direct stakes in the fund's underlying assets.
