This Invesco S&P 500 QVM UCITS ETF Dist endeavors to replicate the net total return performance of its benchmark, the S&P 500 Quality, Value & Momentum Multi-factor Index, after subtracting applicable fees. Shareholders receive dividend payments every quarter. The Reference Index is specifically designed to reflect the performance of S&P 500 companies that demonstrate the highest cumulative exposure to three distinct investment characteristics: quality, value, and momentum. To establish the index's constituents, all companies within the broader S&P 500 are assessed and assigned individual scores based on their adherence to these three factors. These factor scores are then combined into a single, equally-weighted composite score. The top 100 companies by this composite score are then chosen for inclusion, with a "buffer rule" implemented to minimize portfolio changes. The weighting of each company within the benchmark index will range from a minimum of 0.05% up to the lesser of 5% or 20 times its market capitalization weight. To prevent excessive concentration in any one area, no sector's weight can exceed 40%. The fund aims to achieve its investment goal by physically acquiring and holding, to the maximum extent practical, all the securities of the Reference Index in their respective proportions. The fund's holdings are adjusted quarterly, mirroring any changes made to the Reference Index during its periodic reviews and rebalances. This ETF operates as a passively managed investment vehicle. An investment in this fund represents the acquisition of shares in an index-tracking fund, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets it holds.
