The WisdomTree Short USD Long GBP 3x Daily is a UCITS-eligible, fully collateralised Exchange Traded Product (ETP) structured to offer investors an amplified bearish position on the US Dollar compared to the British Pound. This ETP mirrors the performance of the MSFXSM Triple Short US Dollar/GBP Total Return Index (MSCEGUUS). Its total return is derived from three times the daily performance of foreign exchange forward contracts, specifically those taking a short stance on the USD relative to the GBP, along with accumulated interest revenue, all adjusted for the product's inherent fees and operational costs. For instance, if the US Dollar strengthens by 1% against the British Pound over a single day, the ETP's value will decline by 3%, prior to any charges. Conversely, if the US Dollar weakens by 1% against the British Pound during the same period, the ETP's value will increase by 3%, again before fees.
