This WisdomTree Exchange Traded Product (ETP) is a fully backed, UCITS-approved investment vehicle created to provide investors with magnified inverse exposure to the NASDAQ 100 index. It seeks to generate a total return equivalent to three times the opposite daily movement of the NASDAQ 100 Total Return Index (XNDX), after accounting for its own management fees and the various revenues and expenses associated with shorting stocks. For instance, if the NASDAQ 100 Total Return Index rises by 1% during a trading day, the ETP would typically fall by 3%, not including fees. Conversely, a 1% decrease in the index over the same daily period would generally lead to a 3% gain for the ETP, before fees.
