This passively managed fund grants investors access to the shorter-duration segment of Canada's investment-grade fixed income market. Its underlying index comprises debt securities denominated in Canadian dollars, issued by both government and corporate entities, all of which possess remaining maturities ranging from one to five years. For inclusion, eligible bonds must maintain a minimum credit rating of BBB- and represent an outstanding issuance of at least CAD 100 million. The portfolio's holdings are weighted based on their respective market values, and the index undergoes monthly rebalancing and reconstitution.
