This fund grants investors direct access to physical silver by holding 1,000-ounce international silver bars within a trust. Each share held signifies a fractional ownership interest in these underlying silver holdings. The physical metal is securely stored in treasury vault facilities at a Canadian chartered bank, offering a streamlined and efficient way to invest in silver. The Trust's Net Asset Value (NAV) is calculated daily by taking the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) silver ounce price, set at approximately 12:00 noon London time, and dividing it by the total number of shares outstanding at the market's close. The fund's assets will consist almost entirely of silver bullion, with only minor amounts, if any, allocated to silver certificates.
