Description

The Invesco EURO STOXX 50 UCITS ETF Acc aims to mirror the net total return performance of the EURO STOXX 50 Index, less the deduction of its expenses. The EURO STOXX 50 Index stands as Europe's foremost blue-chip benchmark for the Eurozone, representing 50 leading companies from various key sectors across Eurozone nations. Its constituents are weighted based on their freely available market capitalization, with a maximum individual stock allocation of 10%. To achieve its investment goal, the fund primarily holds a diversified portfolio of equities, which typically generates the majority of its returns but may not be identical to the index components. Additionally, the fund employs unfunded swap agreements. These financial contracts, entered into with approved counterparties, are designed to exchange the difference between the returns of the fund's equity basket and the Reference Index. This strategy is intended to deliver a more precise and consistent tracking of the index than would generally be possible through direct physical replication alone. While the fund's investment objective is to replicate the net total return index, the swaps it utilizes are based on the gross total return index. As the swap fee is applied relative to this gross return, the ETF's performance is typically anticipated to exceed the return of the net return index. To contribute towards certain fund operational costs, the manager has the potential to receive an annual payment of up to 0.070% of the swap's notional value from the swap counterparties. This contribution does not affect the fund's net asset value and does not represent an extra cost to investors. This ETF operates under a passive management strategy. An investment in this fund signifies the acquisition of units in an index-tracking product, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets held by the fund.
