The Invesco STOXX Europe 600 Optimised Automobiles & Parts UCITS ETF Acc is designed to mirror the net total return performance of the STOXX Europe 600 Optimised Automobiles & Parts Index, after accounting for associated fees. This underlying index offers a highly liquid means for investors to track, or even short, companies within the broader STOXX Europe 600 Automobiles & Parts sector. Its scope encompasses businesses domiciled in 17 European nations: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. To achieve its investment objective, the fund primarily invests in a diverse selection of equities. While these holdings are generally not identical to the exact constituents of the Reference Index, they are chosen to generate the majority of the desired return. Additionally, the ETF utilizes unfunded swaps – financial agreements with approved counterparties – to exchange any performance differences between its equity portfolio and the target index. This strategy aims for a more precise and consistent replication of the Reference Index's performance than could typically be achieved through physical asset ownership alone. As a passively managed, index-tracking vehicle, an investment in this fund represents the acquisition of units in the fund itself, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets it holds.
