The Invesco STOXX Europe 600 Optimised Health Care UCITS ETF Acc aims to replicate the net total return performance of the STOXX Europe 600 Optimised Health Care Index (referred to as the "Reference Index"), after deducting its fees. The Reference Index offers investors a liquid means to track healthcare sector companies within the wider STOXX Europe 600, suitable for both long and short investment strategies. Its geographical scope covers 17 European nations: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. To achieve its investment objective, the fund primarily holds a portfolio of equities. While this equity basket typically generates most of the fund's returns, its holdings are usually distinct from those of the Reference Index. To ensure closer alignment with the index, the fund also utilizes unfunded swaps. These are contractual agreements where one or more approved counterparties exchange with the fund any divergence in returns between the Reference Index and the fund's actual equity holdings. This approach is designed to deliver a more precise and consistent performance relative to the Reference Index than physical replication alone might achieve. This ETF operates as a passively managed, index-tracking vehicle. Consequently, an investment represents the acquisition of fund units, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets held by the fund.
