This Exchange Traded Product (ETP) from WisdomTree is a UCITS-compliant, fully collateralized investment vehicle structured to provide exposure reflecting a short position in the Euro against a long position in the US Dollar. It aims to replicate the performance of the MSFXSM Short Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEURS). The ETP's overall return is composed of the daily fluctuations of EUR/USD FX forward contracts, where a decline in the Euro's value relative to the Dollar benefits the investor, alongside any accrued interest income, all net of applicable product fees and charges. To illustrate, if the Euro strengthens by 1% against the US Dollar in a single day, the ETP's value will decline by approximately 1%, excluding costs. Conversely, a 1% depreciation of the Euro relative to the US Dollar over a day would lead to an approximate 1% appreciation in the ETP's value, prior to fees.
