The Fund is a passively managed index-tracking fund that seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the ISE CTA Cloud Computing Exclusions Index (the “Index”), before fees and expenses. The free float market-capitalisation-weighted index is designed to measure the performance of companies actively engaged in the cloud computing industry.
