The Invesco Physical Palladium ETC is structured to mirror the market's spot price of palladium. Each issued certificate is directly underpinned by physical palladium, which is securely stored in J.P. Morgan Chase Bank's London vaults. Invesco Physical Markets PLC (Invesco PMP), an Irish-incorporated entity, functions as the issuer of these certificates, with administrative duties handled by J.P. Morgan Administration Services (Ireland) Limited. The investment's returns are generated from holding actual palladium, the value of which is appraised daily based on the London Bullion Market Association's (LBMA) PM auction price. This ETC employs a "swing bar" strategy, ensuring that palladium plates or ingots, amounting to at least the total worth of all outstanding certificates, are kept in an allocated account registered to the issuer. It is crucial to note that Invesco ETCs are classified as distinct exchange-traded certificates, differentiating them from traditional funds or exchange-traded funds.
