The WisdomTree Silver 1x Daily Short is a fully collateralized Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) designed to offer investors a "short" position against the daily price movements of silver. The ETC's overall return is structured to inversely track (-1x) the daily performance of the Bloomberg Silver Sub Excess Return Index (BCOMSI). This return calculation also incorporates any interest revenue generated, adjusted to account for all relevant fees and operational costs. For clarity, if the Bloomberg Silver Sub Excess Return Index were to rise by 1% in a single day, the ETC's value would typically fall by 1% (before accounting for fees). Conversely, a 1% decline in the index over the same daily period would generally lead to a 1% increase in the ETC, prior to fee deductions.
