Stabilus S.A., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells gas springs and dampers, and electric tailgate opening and closing equipment in Europe and internationally. The company was formerly known as Servus HoldCo S.à r.l. and changed its name to Stabilus S.A. in May 2014. Stabilus S.A. was founded in 1934 and is based in Luxembourg.
