This Invesco Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) is designed to deliver the total return performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Treasury 1-3 Year Index, net of its operational expenses. The fund distributes its income to investors on a quarterly schedule. The benchmark index tracks U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-rate nominal debt securities issued by the U.S. Treasury with maturities ranging from one to three years. Notably, it excludes inflation-linked bonds, floating-rate bonds, STRIP bonds (where principal and interest payments are separated and sold individually), and Treasury bills. This index is rebalanced every month. To fulfill its objective, the portfolio managers utilize sophisticated modeling tools and techniques to invest in a proportional selection of the index's securities. This 'sampling' approach aims to replicate the index's performance as precisely as possible while significantly reducing the costs typically associated with full physical replication. As a passively managed, index-tracking fund, an investment represents the acquisition of fund units, not direct ownership of the underlying assets held within the portfolio.
