The fund primarily invests in bonds, dedicating a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed funds for investment purposes) to fixed-income securities. Its portfolio comprises a diverse selection of short- and intermediate-duration, investment-grade debt. This includes a significant allocation to inflation-linked securities, such as Treasury Inflation Protected Securities (TIPS), alongside corporate bonds, government securities, mortgage-backed securities (MBS), and asset-backed securities (ABS). While at least 20% of the net assets will be held in inflation-linked securities, the advisor typically targets an allocation of 50% or more to these instruments.
