The Invesco US Treasury Bond 1-3 Year UCITS ETF Dist endeavors to match the overall performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Treasury 1-3 Year Index, after accounting for its various fees. Income from this fund is distributed on a quarterly basis. Its benchmark, the "Reference Index," measures the returns of US dollar-denominated, fixed-rate debt securities issued by the U.S. Treasury that mature within one to three years. Notably, it excludes certain types of bonds such as inflation-linked, floating-rate, STRIP bonds (where principal and interest payments are separated and sold individually), and Treasury bills. The index undergoes rebalancing each month. To fulfill its objective, the portfolio managers utilize sophisticated modeling tools and techniques to invest in a curated selection of the index's securities. This 'sampling' method allows the fund to closely emulate the index's performance while also reducing the operational costs typically associated with full replication. This ETF is passively managed. An investment in this fund means acquiring units in an index-tracking product rather than directly owning the underlying assets held within the fund.
