This Invesco US Treasury Bond 7-10 Year UCITS ETF EUR Hdg Dist seeks to mirror the total return performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Treasury 7-10 Year Total Return Index USD Unhedged, after accounting for its operational costs. Income is distributed to investors on a quarterly basis. For its EUR Hedged share class, the fund employs foreign exchange transactions to minimize the impact of fluctuations between the US Dollar and the Euro. The benchmark index tracks fixed-rate, nominal debt securities, denominated in US dollars, issued by the U.S. Treasury, which have maturities ranging from seven to ten years. Specifically excluded from this index are inflation-linked bonds, floating-rate bonds, STRIP bonds, and Treasury bills; the index is rebalanced every month. To achieve its investment goal, the fund's managers leverage sophisticated portfolio modeling tools to acquire and hold a representative selection of the index securities. This sampling approach aims to closely replicate the index's performance while simultaneously reducing the expenses associated with a full replication strategy. This ETF is passively managed, meaning an investment represents an acquisition of units in the fund itself, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets held within it.
