The Invesco US Treasury Bond 7-10 Year UCITS ETF Dist aims to replicate the total return performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Treasury 7-10 Year Total Return Index USD Unhedged, net of its fees. The fund disburses income to unitholders on a quarterly schedule. The benchmark index measures the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-rate, conventional debt instruments issued by the U.S. Treasury, which have maturities falling between seven and ten years. It deliberately excludes inflation-linked bonds, floating-rate bonds, STRIP bonds, and Treasury bills. The composition of this reference index is reviewed and adjusted each month. To fulfill its objective, the portfolio managers utilize advanced modeling tools and strategies. Instead of acquiring every security within the index, they employ a sampling methodology, investing in a representative subset of the index's holdings that captures the overall characteristics of the full benchmark. This sampling strategy is designed to closely track the index's performance while simultaneously reducing the operational costs typically associated with full replication. This ETF is managed passively, serving as an index-tracking investment vehicle. An investment in this fund represents the acquisition of units within the fund itself, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets it holds.
