Description

This fund aims to deploy a minimum of 80% of its total capital—which includes its net assets along with any borrowed funds for investment purposes—into the securities of companies that distribute dividends. These companies must be constituents of the fund's reference index at the time their shares are initially acquired. The aforementioned index itself is composed of common stocks and units of beneficial ownership in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), with these underlying components being drawn from both the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Total Stock Market Index SM and the Dow Jones U.S. Mid-Cap Total Stock Market Index SM.
