This fund's core objective is to achieve substantial total returns for its investors. Its investment strategy mandates that a minimum of 80% of its net assets, supplemented by any borrowed capital used for investment, must be dedicated to acquiring securities from companies operating in the infrastructure industry. Under the direction of its Sub-Adviser, the fund primarily seeks to invest in equity shares of businesses located in a variety of countries globally, with a significant presence expected in the United States. While common stock is the main component of its equity investments, the fund also has the flexibility to hold other equity-related instruments, such as preferred shares, convertible securities, rights or warrants to purchase common stock, and depositary receipts that share characteristics with common stock.
