The Wasatch Greater China Fund Investor Class primarily allocates a minimum of 80% of its total assets (including any capital obtained through borrowing for investment purposes) to equity securities. These investments target companies of various market capitalizations whose core business activities are intrinsically linked to the Greater China region. The fund retains the flexibility to concentrate a significant portion (exceeding 5%) of its holdings within a limited set of industries, including consumer discretionary goods and services, staple consumer products, financial institutions, healthcare, industrial operations, and information technology.
