This fund aims to achieve its investment goals by allocating a minimum of 80% of its net assets to an expertly managed collection of primarily high-quality debt instruments. These bonds are issued by the State of West Virginia, its various local government entities, departments, and public bodies, as well as occasionally by other entities, including U.S. territories. A key attribute of these investments is that the income generated is free from federal income tax, federal alternative minimum tax (AMT), and West Virginia state income tax. It should be noted that this fund employs a concentrated, rather than diversified, investment strategy.
