This ETF is designed to mirror the performance of German mid-capitalization companies traded in Euros on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Index constituents are weighted according to their free-float adjusted market capitalization. Rigorous ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) screening excludes companies that, among other criteria, have an ISS ESG Rating of D- or lower, are flagged 'Red' by ISS ESG for norms-based screening, are involved in controversial weapons, exceed specified revenue thresholds in industries such as tobacco, thermal coal mining, oil sands, nuclear power, civilian firearms, or military equipment, or lack critical ESG data. The index is rebalanced quarterly, and the weight of any single component is capped at 15%.
