This ETF aims to replicate the investment performance of a curated selection of prominent large and mid-capitalization companies based in the United States. Its unique methodology incorporates robust Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) screening, leading to the exclusion of certain entities. Specifically, companies involved in controversial weapons, those with a 'CCC' MSCI ESG Rating (or no rating), or deriving significant revenue from tobacco, conventional or nuclear armaments, civilian firearms, thermal coal, unconventional/Arctic oil and gas extraction, and palm oil are systematically omitted. Furthermore, any issuer with an MSCI Controversies Score of zero is disqualified. The index also prioritizes a reduced greenhouse gas intensity compared to its underlying benchmark.
