This custom MSCI USA Energy index is crafted to reflect the performance of large and mid-capitalization American companies within the Energy sector, categorized by GICS. Constituents are weighted based on their free-float adjusted market capitalization. To manage concentration, the maximum weight for the largest group entity is capped at 35%, and other individual entities are restricted to 20%, with these limits incorporating a 10% buffer applied during each quarterly rebalancing.
