This ETF aims to replicate the returns of the Bloomberg US HY Very Liquid Index ex 144A (GTR, USD). It focuses on US dollar-denominated, high-yield, fixed-income securities rated Ba1/BB+/BB+ or below (sub-investment grade). These bonds are chosen for their enhanced liquidity compared to a broader benchmark. They originate from financial, utility, and industrial sectors, provided they satisfy distinct criteria for maturity, credit quality, and market tradability. The index specifically omits 144A tranche securities unless an equivalent Regulation S tranche is also available. To be included, all bonds must adhere to a set of pre-defined standards, such as eligible currency, issuance size, overall quality, term to maturity, and coupon payments, assessed at each rebalancing date.
