This ETF aims to track the performance of the MSCI USA Low Carbon SRI Selection Index. This index focuses on large and mid-capitalization U.S. companies that exhibit robust environmental, social, and governance (ESG) profiles and a reduced carbon footprint compared to their industry peers. The index applies stringent exclusion criteria, omitting companies involved in controversial, civilian, or nuclear weapons, as well as tobacco. Furthermore, any entity with an MSCI ESG Rating of 'CCC' or that is unrated is screened out. Companies generating revenue from thermal coal, oil sands extraction, or military defense weaponry are also excluded. Finally, issuers with an MSCI ESG Impact Monitor score below 1, identified as "Red," are not included. The index composition undergoes a comprehensive review quarterly.
