The BMO Emerging Markets Bond Hedged to CAD Index ETF seeks to mirror, as closely as possible, the performance of the Barclays Emerging Markets Tradable External Debt (EMTED) GDP Weighted Capped Index CAD Hedged, after accounting for its management fees. This fund strategically invests in a diverse collection of government debt instruments, all denominated in US dollars, which are issued by developing nations. To ensure broad diversification, it limits its holdings to a maximum of three bonds from any single emerging market country. Furthermore, to mitigate currency fluctuations, all US dollar exposure within the ETF's portfolio is hedged back to Canadian dollars.
