EOG Resources, Inc., alongside its subsidiaries, is an independent energy company engaged in the entire value chain of the crude oil and natural gas industry. This includes the exploration, development, production, and marketing of crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids. Its main operational areas are situated in the United States, specifically in New Mexico and Texas, as well as internationally in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. As of December 31, 2021, the company held significant estimated net proved reserves, amounting to 3,747 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMBOE). This total comprised 1,548 million barrels (MMBbl) of crude oil and condensate, 829 million barrels (MMBbl) of natural gas liquids (NGLs), and 8,222 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas.
