The Renewable Energy Infrastructure Solutions segment is dedicated to delivering engineering, procurement, construction, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance for sustainable power generation sites, encompassing wind, solar, and hydropower installations, along with battery storage facilities. This segment's expertise also extends to the engineering and construction of associated electrical infrastructure, such as substations, switchyards, and transmission lines, which support renewable projects. Finally, the Underground Utility and Infrastructure Solutions segment offers design, engineering, construction, enhancement, repair, and maintenance services for clients involved in the transportation, distribution, storage, and processing of natural gas, oil, and other products. This includes the fabrication of pipeline support systems and related structures, as well as the engineering and construction of entire pipeline and storage networks, including compressor and pump stations. Established in 1997, the company was initially named Fabal Construction, Inc. before officially becoming Quanta Services, Inc. in November of that same year.
