Description

Orior AG is a Switzerland-based food group that, along with its subsidiaries, manufactures and distributes a wide array of refined meat and convenience food products across Switzerland and internationally. The company organizes its operations into three primary segments: The ORIOR Convenience division supplies fresh, ready-to-eat or easy-to-prepare items, including prepared meals, pies, fresh pasta, various vegetarian and vegan specialties, and ready-to-cook poultry and meat products. It also produces organic vegetable and fruit juices, distributing these through retail, foodservice, and specialized retailers. Its ORIOR Refinement segment focuses on premium processed meat products such as Bündnerfleisch, ham, salami, and Mostbröckli, which are sold to both retail and foodservice clients. The ORIOR International segment is responsible for manufacturing ready-made meals, menu components, and organic vegetable juices. This segment also operates approximately 60 small retail outlets. Orior AG markets its diverse product portfolio under numerous established brands, including Albert Spiess, Biotta, Casualfood, Fredag, Rapelli, and many others. The company, founded in 1852, maintains its headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland.
