Baker Hughes Company (0RR8.L) is a global provider of advanced technologies and integrated services for the energy and industrial value chains. The enterprise operates through four distinct segments: Oilfield Services (OFS), Oilfield Equipment (OFE), Turbomachinery & Process Solutions (TPS), and Digital Solutions (DS). The Oilfield Services (OFS) division offers a comprehensive suite of services encompassing exploration, drilling, wireline operations, well evaluation, completion activities, production optimization, and intervention support. It also supplies essential products such as drilling and completion fluids, specialized wireline tools, downhole completion systems, wellbore intervention equipment, pressure pumping solutions, various oilfield and industrial chemicals, and sophisticated artificial lift technologies for oil, natural gas, and other oilfield service companies. The Oilfield Equipment (OFE) segment focuses on providing critical infrastructure for oil and gas operations. This includes both subsea and surface wellhead systems, robust pressure control and production apparatus, flexible piping solutions for both offshore and onshore environments, and comprehensive life-of-field support, such as well intervention and decommissioning services. Its offerings also extend to general services for onshore and offshore drilling and production activities. Through its Turbomachinery & Process Solutions (TPS) segment, Baker Hughes delivers specialized equipment and associated services crucial for mechanical-drive, compression, and power-generation applications within the expansive oil and gas industry. Its product portfolio features drivers, compressors, complete turnkey solutions, pumps, valves, and systems for compressed natural gas (CNG) and small-scale liquefied natural gas (LNG). This segment caters to a wide spectrum of clients across upstream, midstream, downstream, onshore, offshore, and industrial operations. Finally, the Digital Solutions (DS) segment provides innovative solutions centered on sensor-based process measurements, machine health and condition monitoring, strategic asset management, sophisticated control systems, as well as non-destructive testing and inspection services, and critical pipeline integrity solutions. The company, which previously operated as Baker Hughes, a GE company, officially adopted its current name, Baker Hughes Company, in October 2019. Its corporate headquarters are located in Houston, Texas.
