Its core operations are organized into several distinct divisions: Aircraft Leasing, Infrastructure Leasing, Ship Leasing, Inclusive Finance, and other specialized leasing activities. The Aircraft Leasing segment handles the acquisition, rental, administration, and divestment of commercial airplanes. Providing finance for transportation and energy infrastructure assets through leasing is the focus of its Infrastructure Leasing division. Maritime vessel rentals fall under the Ship Leasing segment, while the Inclusive Finance division offers leasing solutions for various vehicles and heavy construction machinery. Additionally, the "Other Leasing Business" segment caters to the leasing of industrial manufacturing equipment and commercial real estate. Established in 1984 with its main office in Shenzhen, PRC, the company was previously known as CDB Leasing Co., Ltd. before adopting its current name in September 2015.
