The Trust operates under the guidance of its comprehensive Trust Deed, initially signed on December 11, 2006, which has undergone several revisions through seven supplemental deeds, the latest dated April 14, 2015. Furthermore, Regal REIT adheres strictly to the regulations outlined in the REIT Code. The core business of Regal REIT and its associated subsidiaries, together forming "the Group," revolves around the acquisition and ownership of income-generating real estate assets. These assets encompass hotels, serviced apartments, and various commercial properties, including office spaces.
