The WisdomTree Gilts 10Y 3x Daily Short is an Exchange Traded Product (ETP) that is fully backed by collateral and meets UCITS eligibility standards. Its purpose is to provide investors with a magnified, inverse exposure to the daily performance of Gilts futures contracts. The ETP's total return aims to replicate negative three times the daily movement of the Long Gilt Rolling Future Index (BNSXFGG), enhanced by any earned interest, after accounting for all associated product fees and expenses. For example, should the Long Gilt Rolling Future Index increase by 1% on a given day, the ETP is expected to decrease by 3%, before fees are considered. Conversely, a 1% fall in the index over a day would typically result in a 3% gain for the ETP, also prior to fee deductions.
