Description

The WisdomTree S&P 500 3x Daily Short is a fully backed, UCITS-compliant Exchange Traded Product (ETP) designed to provide investors with amplified inverse exposure to the S&P 500 index. It seeks to generate a daily return equivalent to three times the inverse performance of the S&P 500 Total Return Index (SPXT), after accounting for all relevant fees, as well as the costs and revenues associated with short-selling. For instance, if the S&P 500 Total Return Index advances by 1% in a day, this ETP is expected to decline by 3% (prior to fees). Conversely, should the S&P 500 Total Return Index fall by 1% over the same period, the ETP would anticipate a 3% gain (also before fees).
