The Fund's primary goal is to deliver consistent and increasing cash distributions to its unitholders. This objective is met through direct investments in mature, income-generating real estate assets. A significant emphasis is placed on properties within the hotel, hospitality, and tourism accommodation sectors. While the Fund may selectively invest in real estate development projects, a minimum of 75% of its total assets must consistently be held in developed properties that are actively generating rental income.
