This Invesco FTSE RAFI US 1000 UCITS ETF (Dist) aims to deliver the net total return of its benchmark, the FTSE RAFI US 1000 Index, after accounting for all charges. Income distributions from this fund are made quarterly. The core principle of the underlying index deviates from standard market capitalization weighting; instead, it establishes the composition and relative importance of its constituents by evaluating companies based on fundamental financial characteristics. These crucial factors are: average sales over the prior five years, average cash flow generated over the past five years, the company's book value at the review date, and the average total dividends distributed over the last five years. To accomplish its objective, the ETF generally purchases and holds, as practically as possible, every security included in the index, maintaining their exact proportional representation. The fund endeavors to rebalance its portfolio in tandem with any adjustments made to the benchmark index itself. This method is identified as full physical replication. Managed passively, this ETF offers investors units in an index-following fund, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets.
