The Invesco FTSE RAFI Emerging Markets UCITS ETF Dist aims to deliver the net total return of its benchmark, the FTSE RAFI Emerging Markets Index, less the impact of its charges. This fund distributes dividends to its investors on a quarterly basis. The Reference Index distinguishes itself from traditional price-based, market-capitalization-weighted indices by deriving its constituent weightings from fundamental metrics of company size. Its components are chosen and allocated based on four core factors: sales and cash flow, both averaged over the prior five years; the book value at the review date; and total dividend distributions averaged over the last five years. To achieve its objective, the fund primarily engages in 'full physical replication.' This means it endeavors to acquire and hold, as far as feasible, all the securities within the index in their respective proportions. The fund's portfolio is rebalanced in conjunction with any rebalancing of the index. This ETF operates under passive management; an investment represents the acquisition of units in a passively managed, index-tracking fund, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets it contains.
