The company's multifaceted activities include corporate finance and fee-based services, alongside the leasing and rental of automobiles, electronic measuring equipment, and ICT-related devices. It also offers life insurance, environmental, and energy-related products and services. Its Real Estate division focuses on property development, rental, and management, encompassing residential condominiums, office buildings, and facility operations, further providing construction contracting, real estate brokerage, and investment advisory services. The Private Equity (PE) Investment and Concession segment is engaged in both private equity ventures and concession projects. In the Environment and Energy sector, ORIX delivers renewable energy solutions, ESCO services, electricity retail, and the sale of solar panels and battery storage systems, complemented by recycling and waste management.
