Description

Under typical operating conditions, the fund commits at least 80% of its net assets, including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes, to the equity securities of mid-sized companies. Additionally, under standard market environments, a minimum of 25% of its total assets will be allocated to businesses operating in the Health Care Equipment & Supplies, Health Care Technology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences Tools & Services, and/or Software industries, as categorized by independent sources. The fund holds the discretion to invest 25% or more of its entire asset base into any single one of these specified sectors. This investment product is classified as non-diversified.
