This Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) from WisdomTree, known as WisdomTree Grains, is fully backed by assets and meets UCITS regulatory standards. Its purpose is to give investors complete return exposure to a varied portfolio of Grains futures contracts. The ETC aims to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Grains Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BCOMGR4T). It achieves this by closely monitoring the Bloomberg Grains Sub Excess Return Index and factoring in interest income after deducting all associated product fees and costs. Consequently, the ETC's daily price changes, before any fees, are designed to directly mirror those of its benchmark index. For instance, a 1% increase or decrease in the Bloomberg Commodity Grains Subindex 4W Total Return Index over a day would generally translate to a comparable 1% rise or fall in the ETC, prior to accounting for fees.
