Description

This fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowed funds for investment, to companies that primarily engage in the real estate industry, specialize in real estate financing, or hold real estate assets representing at least 50% of their total estimated value. Up to 35% of its net assets may be invested in foreign securities. The fund is permitted to invest in companies of any market capitalization and operates under a non-diversified investment strategy.
