Description

This fund primarily seeks to generate a high level of current income, with capital appreciation serving as a secondary objective. At least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed funds for investment) are dedicated to securities of issuers deeply involved in the real estate sector. This includes companies primarily engaged in the real estate industry, those focused on real estate financing, or entities where real estate assets comprise at least 50% of their total value. Up to 35% of the fund's net assets may be allocated to foreign securities. The fund has the flexibility to invest in companies of any market capitalization and is classified as non-diversified.
