The WisdomTree Aluminium product is an Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) designed to offer investors comprehensive exposure to the performance of Aluminium futures contracts. This ETC is fully backed by collateral and complies with UCITS eligibility requirements. Its primary goal is to mirror the returns of the Bloomberg Commodity Aluminum Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BCOMAL4T). This is accomplished by closely tracking the Bloomberg Aluminum Sub Excess Return Index and including interest income, which is then adjusted to account for the product's inherent fees and operational expenses. For instance, if the Bloomberg Commodity Aluminum Subindex 4W Total Return Index rises by 1% within a day, the ETC is expected to similarly gain 1% (prior to charges). Conversely, a 1% daily decrease in the index would result in a corresponding 1% fall in the ETC's value, also before deducting fees.
