Under typical market conditions, the fund's managers commit at least 80% of its net assets to investing in mid-sized companies. The definition of a mid-sized company for this fund is an entity whose market capitalization, at the moment of purchase, falls within the range of the Russell 3000® Index, but specifically excludes the 100 largest companies from that index.
