The fund's primary objective is to generate robust overall returns while simultaneously prioritizing the safeguarding of invested capital. A substantial portion, no less than 80%, of its portfolio will be allocated to fixed-income instruments and other debt obligations, which may include synthetic exposure through derivatives. It possesses the flexibility to acquire a diverse array of credit products, such as corporate-issued debt and securitized mortgage instruments originating from government-sponsored entities and federal agencies, noting that these do not carry the explicit guarantee of the U.S. government's full faith and credit.
