It’s investment universe consists of publicly traded equity securities listed in the United States with a minimum market capitalization of $800 million. The Sub-Adviser also excludes REITs, Business Development Companies (“BDCs”), American Depository Receipts (“ADRs”) and Global Depository Receipts (“GDRs”).
