The AOT Growth and Innovation ETF functions as an actively managed fund, focusing its investments primarily on U.S.-listed common stocks. The fund specifically targets companies identified as having substantial growth prospects, particularly those operating with business models that exhibit low marginal costs. Its eligible investment pool consists solely of publicly traded U.S. equities with a minimum market valuation of $800 million. Furthermore, the Sub-Adviser actively screens out specific types of securities, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Business Development Companies (BDCs), and both American and Global Depository Receipts (ADRs and GDRs).
