This fund primarily focuses its investments on the stock of companies based outside the United States. Typically, at least 80% of its overall investment capital, encompassing both its net assets and any funds borrowed for investment, will be deployed into equity securities. The fund has the flexibility to invest in companies regardless of their market capitalization. Furthermore, under normal market conditions, a minimum of 40% of its net assets will be allocated to investments with economic connections to countries other than the U.S., ensuring exposure to at least three distinct non-U.S. nations.
